HANK GRANT
Lead Pastor
Hank Grant has served in ministry for close to 20 years, with experience in missions, church planting, student ministry, and executive leadership. His passion is helping people encounter Jesus, understand Scripture, and live out their faith with boldness and joy.
In 2014, Hank and his wife Jamie followed God’s call to Malawi, Africa, where they trained over 600 pastors in the power and sufficiency of the Cross. That season shaped their vision for ministry: Jesus at the center, discipleship as the mission, and the local church as the vehicle for transformation.
Hank and his family came to The Crossing Bixby in June of 2025 and after a short interim period he was named Lead Pastor in August of the same year. Hank brings a deep love for the Word of God and a heart to see the church become all it was meant to be — a people marked by grace, truth, and the presence of God.
Hank and Jamie are raising two amazing kids, Amelia and Judah, and are committed to leading a church that lives WITH JESUS, LIKE JESUS, FOR JESUS!

GLEN HARRIS
Worship Pastor
Glen serves as Worship Pastor at The Crossing Bixby. His heart is to create space where people encounter Jesus, respond in worship, and grow deeper With Jesus, Like Jesus, For Jesus. Glen faithfully serves in multiple roles within the church, including on the Elder Board. He and his wife Amber strive for their family to reflect the authentic love of Christ!

VERN FAUSETT
Elder Board
Vern is the owner and operator of Fausett Wrecker and brings both leadership experience and a servant’s heart to The Crossing Bixby. He and his wife, Karrie, faithfully serve in several areas of church life and have a passion for helping people feel welcomed, valued, and connected. Vern loves building relationships and encouraging others to grow in their walk with Christ.

BRENT HICKERSON

Brent brings decades of leadership experience from a successful corporate career in manufacturing and operations. He is also the author of Learn How to Sweep, a book that highlights the importance of character, discipline, and servant leadership. Brent and his wife Mary call Oklahoma home and are committed to building a strong, Christ-centered church community.

JACOB GERAGHTY

Jacob serves as an Elder at The Crossing Bixby and works in the corporate office of OneGas. A Bible school graduate, Jacob combines a love for Scripture with a heart for practical ministry. He and his wife, Laurie, lead the Children’s Ministry, where they are passionate about helping the next generation know and follow Jesus. Jacob enjoys investing in people and helping families grow in their faith.

Elmer spent many years serving with American Airlines, where he developed a reputation for excellence, reliability, and teamwork. At The Crossing Bixby, he faithfully serves in the AV department and is always willing to lend a helping hand wherever needed. Elmer has a heart for serving behind the scenes and enjoys using his gifts to help create an environment where people can encounter Jesus and connect with others.
