HANK GRANT
Lead Pastor
Hank Grant has served in ministry for close to 20 years, with experience in missions, church planting, student ministry, and executive leadership. His passion is helping people encounter Jesus, understand Scripture, and live out their faith with boldness and joy.
In 2014, Hank and his wife Jamie followed God’s call to Malawi, Africa, where they trained over 600 pastors in the power and sufficiency of the Cross. That season shaped their vision for ministry: Jesus at the center, discipleship as the mission, and the local church as the vehicle for transformation.
Hank and his family came to The Crossing Bixby in June of 2025 and after a short interim period he was named Lead Pastor in August of the same year. Hank brings a deep love for the Word of God and a heart to see the church become all it was meant to be — a people marked by grace, truth, and the presence of God.
Hank and Jamie are raising two amazing kids, Amelia and Judah, and are committed to leading a church that lives WITH JESUS, LIKE JESUS, FOR JESUS!

GLEN HARRIS
Worship Pastor
Glen serves as Worship Pastor at The Crossing Bixby, helping lead our church family into moments that are not just musical… but transformational. His heart is to create space where people encounter Jesus, respond in worship, and grow deeper With Jesus, Like Jesus, For Jesus.
For the past several years, Glen has faithfully served in multiple roles within the church, including as an Elder and member of the worship team. His leadership carries both spiritual depth and steady faithfulness.
Glen and his wife Amber have two children, Grace and Ozzie. Their family reflects what we believe at The Crossing Bixby… faith and family intersecting in everyday life.
