PASTOR HANK GRANT
Lead Pastor – The Crossing @BCC
Hank Grant has served in ministry for close to 20 years, with experience in missions, church planting, student ministry, and executive leadership. His passion is helping people encounter Jesus, understand Scripture, and live out their faith with boldness and joy.
In 2014, Hank and his wife Jamie followed God’s call to Malawi, Africa, where they trained over 600 pastors in the power and sufficiency of the Cross. That season shaped their vision for ministry: Jesus at the center, discipleship as the mission, and the local church as the vehicle for transformation.
Hank and his family came to The Crossing @BCC in June of 2025 and after a short interim period he was named Lead Pastor in August of the same year. Hank brings a deep love for the Word of God and a heart to see the church become all it was meant to be — a people marked by grace, truth, and the presence of God.
Hank and Jamie are raising two amazing kids, Amelia and Judah, and are committed to leading a church that lives WITH JESUS, LIKE JESUS, FOR JESUS!
