One of our core values here at The Crossing are serving with the Three T's: Time, Talent, and Treasure. We believe in stewarding everything that we have well, and that includes our church family! Our goal is to create safe spaces for people to learn, grow, and even fail while discovering their gifts and talents. We also want to enable those who already are skilled in something(carpentry, tech, music,etc.) to serve and grow in those areas!
